CUSTOM ANGULAR WEB APPLICATION:
Background: This application is to create a web application to replace and enhance the work previously done via spreadsheets. Features of this web application include:
- Management of project requests from various FTE business areas (Tolls, Traffic Ops, Maintenance, etc.)
- Planning the tentative five-year work program using a risk-based approach
- Scenario-based "sandbox" of proposed changes / additions / movements in and out of the locked down five-year work program
- Tracking of miscellaneous and continuing services contracts
- Dashboard views by role for FTE leadership, program management and project managers
- Customizable reports for stakeholder meetings and one-off analysis
Team Structure: I worked as part of a small team of a UI/UX designer, a front-end developer, two back-end developers and a business analyst. I served as both the UI/UX designer and the front-end developer for this web application.
My Responsibilities: My task was to design a multi-tasking application experience for easier management of all turnpike program management projects down to the penny. Providing a robust modern UI experience and AA level accessibility for all the FDOT employees to use.
Deliverables: After several meeting with the team and the stakeholders, our team was able to successfully establish a list of deliverables for phase one of this project.

- Azure Dev Ops for project management with 2 week sprints
